End of MCVD / PVD era, and beginning of DCVD era
Today, Wednesday, I marked as the beginning of my DCVD etech life, and yesterday, Tuesday was the end of my JD3, MMTi/Ti/TiN qual days. And also the end of my long time affairs with MCVD and PVD bullshit, i it's people, environments and machines. I have endured JD3 qual ever since stepping into this miserable 300mm environment. I hate doing qual, as it obviously is not my expertise in what I am suppose to be. To learn it, yes, I agree that it's always good to know more. To do it for more than 6 months, whoa, that's DOWN RIGHT ABUSE, and DISCRIMININATION altogether.
It's BULLSHIT, 300 mm Thin Film is BULLSHIT, its managers and engineers are incompetent yuppies who constantly need people to suck on their dick, or else they can't think. They like to play discrimination and work-politics when it comes to matters concerning non exempt staff. Heartless, cold hearted and have no care about what hardworking, sincere and honest people have done good for the company, and them for their promotion. No simple thank you, no saying 'Hi' to their fellow line people. So fucking arrogant, just because they have Engineering Degree, and have so called "important" post in the company. They always forget that if the people at the bottom don't work, how the hell they get to where the are today.
